We agree clear responsibilities that fit alongside the roles and objectives of your SLT. These can include leading operational execution, making decisions, removing blockers and ensuring agreed priorities are delivered.
Weekly leadership meetings
We facilitate weekly leadership meetings to review KPIs and priorities, work through operational issues and agree actions. These drive accountability and keep execution moving each week.
Day-to-day leadership support
We support your management team and lead operational activity across the business, giving your people the direction and support they need to deliver.
A dedicated partner for the founder
