I’m not you’re average business consultant.

I don’t have an MBA.
I didn’t study economics at university.
And I’ve never worked for one of the big 4 consulting firms.

What I have done instead, is actually do the job. I’ve built, managed and led operations team globally across retail, e-comm & tech, in-house and as an agency leader.

Here’s the whirlwind:

➤ Moved to Sydney in 2012
➤ Joined award-winning startup Shoes of Prey
➤ Launched SoP into retail stores across Australia and the US
➤ Led global operations for retail stores & the customer happiness team
➤ Returned to the UK in 2016 to lead customer experience for Pai Skincare
➤ In 2017, stepped into my dream role: Head of Strategy & Implementation at retail SaaS provider, Red Ant
➤ Rolled out major tech initiatives globally for retail icons including IKEA, Charlotte Tilbury & Chalhoub Group (& others so big, I can’t share publicly)
➤ Built the teams, processes, and systems that drove flawless execution and operational efficiency across the business

Along the way, I also burned out (more than once) and learned the hard way that “success” means nothing if you’re exhausted.

So in 2024, I decided it was time to do things my own way. I launched The Operations Bestie (formerly STWRT Consulting) and have never looked back.

The mission is simple:
Help founders achieve their big dreams.

Today, we work founders of all sizes to stabilise, grow and scale their businesses with operations fundamentals: vision, profit-focused numbers, core processes, people and tech.

I don’t do jargon.
I don’t do endless decks.

I do action.
And I do results.
